This morning, I stopped by the store and got the one bag of chocolate. I love cholocate, but milk chocolate is the devil! ugh! I need to stop eating stnack between meals. this is what I learn !
Breakfast: small rice 80, one carrot70, seawead10, boiled fish150:310Kcal
Snack: Milk chocolate :350kcal
lunch; small rice 80, strwberry yogurt 110, cream-cokokke2; 120, egg 80; 390Kcal.
---eating sweet does not make me feel full at all, in fact, I was hungry later on.
仕事の関係で日本に帰国、海外のデブになれ、自分がデブだとおもっていなかった。目標体重50kg。運動は好きだけど、チョコもすき!がんばるぞ。
