まあたやっちまった!
生理前ってだけでは収まらないくらいとんでもない量だし。。
今日は朝5時から起きてます。でもそんなの言訳さ!もーーーーーー!!!
でも今日から新しいジム。明日の朝も47でいられるように
いっぱい運動してきます!
夜は晩酌なしビールといきたいです☆

I don't have time to Workout!!!!!!

Omg...I ate more than I expected;(
But its still okay..haha
Stress is the worst thing to me this time.
Tmtw,everything is gonna b overrrr!!
I can't wait but I have to study be4 that..shit, I should had studied more..for tmrw,ill do everything I can do. Then,I absolutely going to the jym MUST!!! I already made a good plan for it, so what I need to do is just follow it without giving up smt:) finally, its time to go on a diet! Yapiiiiiiiy! At the same time, there will be no excused anymore

Shiiitttt...I ate too much again! Its because my weight had never charged!! I know I gave up soo quickly..lollipop
Ill control tmrw for my double chin!!!!!!! Plz get off from me:(

Tmrw, b sure to drink coffee from the morning, n eat grapefruit around4. Do not forget what o eat today n think about how ugly I was in the pics from the party.that was totally different goofy who I know for a long time. ..lol. my goal is keep 46kg the end of this month.I'm pretty sure I'm gomna get fat during that period. After the final,ill go fitness more than 3 times a week anyways! Lose fat healthily gonna keep my wight low as well
